Who we are

Intraeli Quo is an app by [Legal business name], [Mailing address]. Contact info@intraeli.com with questions about this policy or your information.

What we collect

We collect your account email; business profile and logo; quotes, job notes and pricing you enter; customer names, phone numbers and addresses you enter; site photos; and AI goal images. Location metadata is removed when photos are processed for upload.

We record basic usage events without personal content and limited crash reports without quote content. Feedback you send may include information you choose to provide. Drafts may also be saved on your device so you can recover unfinished work.

Sign-in uses an emailed magic link or Google. When you choose Google, Google provides your account email and basic account information, such as your name and profile image, to authenticate you through Lovable Cloud. Stripe processes subscription payments. We use your verified account email to match your billing account and receive subscription status, plan, renewal date and cancellation status to manage access.

What we do not collect

Voice audio is never saved by Intraeli Quo. Speech-to-text runs through your browser using your browser maker's speech service. That service may process your audio under its own privacy terms; the app receives the resulting text. You can type instead.

Card numbers do not touch Intraeli Quo. You provide payment details directly to Stripe.

How we use information

We use information to run the app, save and generate proposals, write scope text and follow-ups with AI, create illustrative goal images, keep the service secure, answer feedback and manage subscription access using payment status.

Service providers

Hosting, database and storage use Lovable Cloud. AI writing and images use Lovable AI and its model providers. Email delivery is used for sign-in links; email you send for feedback or support is handled by email delivery providers. Your browser maker provides the browser speech service. Stripe provides subscription checkout and billing management.

These services process information needed for their role. AI requests use selected inputs: scope writing uses job information, follow-ups may use the customer's first name and proposal link, and goal-image creation uses a chosen site photo and scope. Private pricing is not sent to AI. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in notes or photos.

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Your customers' information

Contractors enter their customers' details. The contractor is responsible for having permission and a lawful basis to share them and for meeting applicable privacy obligations. We use these details only to make and deliver that contractor's proposals and related follow-ups, not for independent marketing to their customers.

A proposal share link works for anyone who has it. Only share it with people you intend to see the proposal. Private pricing calculations and hidden photos are never on the customer share page. Photos appear only when you choose to include them; approved goal images carry an illustration disclaimer. Someone who has the link may download or forward what they see.

Keeping and deleting information

Your saved information stays while your account is open. Email info@intraeli.com to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your account and data. We may verify your identity before acting. Limited records may need to be retained for legal, security or dispute reasons; backup copies may remain until their normal removal cycle. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding.

Drafts saved on your device are separate from your online account. Shared proposals may have been downloaded by recipients; we cannot remove copies they already hold.

California and other privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have the right to know or access what we hold, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, obtain a copy, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Send requests to info@intraeli.com. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authority and identity. We will respond within the periods required by applicable law. If you are a contractor's customer, contact that contractor about information they entered; we can help direct a request when appropriate.

Children

The app is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can address it.

Security

We use access controls and private storage to protect account information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your email account secure and use care when sharing links or entering customer information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above will change. When the policy version changes, signed-in users must read and agree again before using private app features.
