Scope of work
Replace the hall bathroom floor with new porcelain tile over cement board. Remove and reset the toilet and leave the room clean and ready to use.
- Protect hallway flooring along the work path.
- Remove and dispose of existing vinyl flooring and toilet.
- Inspect subfloor and fasten any loose areas.
- Install cement board, taped and screwed to manufacturer spacing.
- Set porcelain tile, grout and seal.
- Reset toilet with a new wax ring and supply line.
